How to request account deletion

To request deletion of your account, please email us at:

Please include the following details in your email:

Your full name
Your registered phone number
Your registered email address, if applicable
Whether you use the RTS Passenger app or RTS Driver app

What data will be deleted

After verifying your request, we will delete or anonymize account-related data connected to your profile. This may include your name, phone number, email address, profile information, device notification tokens, uploaded profile images or documents, and app account records linked to your user ID.

Data that may be retained

Some information may be kept if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, or operational reasons. This may include limited ride history, transaction records, support records, or records required by law.

Deletion timeline

We aim to process verified account deletion requests within 7 to 30 days. If we need more information to verify your account, we may contact you using the details provided in your request.
